Happy Test Drive Couples
Terms and Conditions – “Test Drive” Marketing Campaign
- The “Test Drive” campaign is exclusively available to newly engaged couples interested in evaluating James Abril’s wedding photography services. By participating in the “Test Drive,” participants acknowledge their genuine interest in potentially booking one of our wedding photography packages.
- The complimentary engagement photo session included in the “Test Drive” campaign grants participants 5 free digital images. Additional images beyond the initial 5 will be available for purchase at the current market rates.
- The “Test Drive” photo sessions are limited to a 30-minute duration, during which our professional photographer will capture moments relevant to the engagement and showcase the style and quality of our services.
- Images taken during the “Test Drive” photo session will be uploaded and made available for viewing within 3 business days after the photo session. Participants will receive a link to access their images.
- Copyright release for the images taken during the “Test Drive” campaign will only be provided to customers who subsequently sign up for one of our wedding photography packages.
- High-resolution images will be provided exclusively to customers who commit to a James Abril wedding photography package. For all other “Test Drive” participants, 12MP resolution images will be made available.
By participating in the “Test Drive” campaign, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. James Abril reserves the right to modify or discontinue this campaign at any time without prior notice.
